MPASS enables Delhaize Serbia to adopt and deploy an innovative omnichannel strategy for its “Tempo” retail centers by introducing a new digital interactive channel, the “TempInfO” interactive info-kiosks, a key point of difference from the usual in-store marketing approaches. Customers subscribe to the “TempInfO” service and access free discount vouchers and enriched content such as recipes and shopping lists, participate in short questionnaires and view biweekly Tempo offers in a quick and convenient way.
The service enriches customer experience, attracts walk-in traffic and encourages purchasing. In addition, the “TempInfO” interactive kiosks activate a new sales enablement channel, allowing Tempo stores to promote specific products and brands and create revenue opportunities.
Delhaize Serbia is a Belgian international food retailer which operates in 11 countries on three continents. Tempo centers are the hypermarket format of Delhaize Serbia and part of Delhaize Group since August 2011.
