MPASS provided an integrated solution by designing, developing and fully supporting the ‘My AB touch point' service, which is an alternative communication channel materialized via interactive info-kiosks. The service offers a contemporary interaction and contact key point between AB Vassilopoulos and its customers. Being the evolution of the AB Mobile Coupons service, the 'My AB touch point' service is now available in 71 stores all over Greece. MPASS supports, on behalf of AB, several features for visitors and ABplus members.
